Ticket Buying Methods and Group Buying Consultation

How to activate tickets?

The summit will use electronic tickets. After the tickets are purchased successfully, you can return to the official website of the summit. The purchased order can be found in the "my order" in the upper right corner of the official website. Click on the activation code " activate immediately" to active the ticket. On the day of the activity, check in by SMS or by last four numbers of the mobile phone that has been activated.

How are the seats distributed? Can you reserve seats for me?

This summit has a size of more than 3,000 people. No reserved seats are set for this summit. Audiences who sign in earlier can choose suitable seats according to their ticket types.

How do I get invoices? When can I get invoices?

You may request for invoice after when you have successfully bought the ticket and filled information. Special Invoice ( paper-printed ) or general invoice ( electronic ) are provided. We will start delivering paper-printed invoices about a month after the summit finishes. Electronic invoice is recommended.

How do I refund my ticket?

If you need refund after purchase, click " My Order" in the upper right corner of the official website to find the purchase order and click " Apply for refund" .Refund application is not allowed for orders that have been invoiced and tickets have been activated. The refund application entrance will be closed on June 21, 2019. Refund applications that approved before June 21, 20% of the actual amount paid will be charged as refund handling fee . We can provide ordinary electronic invoice about refund handling fee.The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the application. Refund application will not be accepted for purchase orders after June 21.

Does the summit include meal or not?

The summit does not include lunch(except VIP ticket buyers). Participants can have meal near the hotel or buy a lunch buffet at the Shangri-La Hotel when you buy a ticket.The invoice generated by purchasing meal vouchers will be issued as a meeting fee together with the fee of summit ticket.

Can I get the speech materials of the summit guests?

The copyright of the speaker's speech materials belongs to the speaker, and the organizer will respect the willingness of the speaker to disclose the materials. If you are interested in the speech content of the speaker, you can record the speech materials displayed by the speaker during the speech.

Does the organizer provide simultaneous interpretation services? If so, how can you exchange for simultaneous headphones?

On the day of the summit, the organizer will provide simultaneous interpretation service. Please bring your ID card and business to pick up the simultaneous transmission equipment at the designated place. After the summit, please return the equipment and get back your ID card.
