About CCF-GAIR

Global AI and Robotics Conference,CCF-GAIR, sponsored by CCF, hosted by Leiphone.com and CUHK-Shenzhen, and coached by Shenzhen municipal government , and assisted by AIRS，is the top exhibition and communications conference in China for academia, industry and ventures of intelligent robots, and is to present the most powerful platform for cross-domain communications and co-operations of Chinese AI.

CCF-GAIR has had three successful runs in 2016 ,2017 and 2018,in which the top professors, business leaders, hot start-ups and VCs around the globe came together and shared their thoughts.CCF-GAIR 2019 continued its top-level setup, providing a rich stage consists of 13 domain tracks(Special Session on the Frontier of Artificial Intelligence,China's 40th Anniversary of Artificial Intelligence,Robot,Intelligent Transportation,5G&AIoT,AI Chip,AI Finance,Brain-like Computing,Smart City,Smart Business,Smart Education,AI Medical Services,Smart City•Visual Intelligence).

At same time,2019CCF-GAIR will combine with the research of important domains in traditional AI such as computer speech and computer vision, as well as new applications in fields such as economics , connect history and future, academic research and industrial applications, make a systematically review about the global and Chinese research of AI in past four decades，and look into the future of Chinese AI development under the current complex international situation.

How to activate tickets？

The summit will use electronic tickets. After the tickets are purchased successfully, you can return to the official website of the summit. The purchased order can be found in the "my order" in the upper right corner of the official website. Click on the activation code " activate immediately" to active the ticket. On the day of the activity, check in by SMS or by last four numbers of the mobile phone that has been activated.

How are the seats distributed? Can you reserve seats for me?

This summit has a size of more than 3,000 people. No reserved seats are set for this summit. Audiences who sign in earlier can choose suitable seats according to their ticket types.

How do I get invoices? When can I get invoices?

After the tickets for the conference are purchased successfully, enter the official website of the conference, the purchased order can be found in the "my order" in the upper right corner of the official website. Click the invoice button and fill in the relevant information to apply for the invoice.Special Invoice ( paper-printed ) or general invoice ( electronic ) are provided. We will start delivering paper-printed invoices about a month after the summit finishes. Electronic invoice is recommended.

How do I refund my ticket?

If you need refund after purchase, click " My Order" in the upper right corner of the official website to find the purchase order and click " Apply for refund" .Refund application is not allowed for orders that have been invoiced and tickets have been activated. The refund application entrance will be closed on June 21, 2019. Refund applications that approved before June 21, 20% of the actual amount paid will be charged as refund handling fee . We can provide ordinary electronic invoice about refund handling fee.The refund will be processed within 7 working days after the application. Refund application will not be accepted for purchase orders after June 21.Please contact WeChat Customer Service (gair2020) before September 1 for invoice related matters, which will not be accepted after September 1.

Does the summit include meal or not？

The summit does not include lunch(except VIP ticket buyers). Participants can have meal near the hotel or buy a lunch buffet at the Shangri-La Hotel when you buy a ticket.The invoice generated by purchasing meal vouchers will be issued as a meeting fee together with the fee of summit ticket.

Can I get the speech materials of the summit guests?

The copyright of the speaker's speech materials belongs to the speaker, and the organizer will respect the willingness of the speaker to disclose the materials. If you are interested in the speech content of the speaker, you can record the speech materials displayed by the speaker during the speech.

Does the organizer provide simultaneous interpretation services? If so, how can you exchange for simultaneous headphones?

On the day of the summit, the organizer will provide simultaneous interpretation service. Please bring your ID card and business to pick up the simultaneous transmission equipment at the designated place. After the summit, please return the equipment and get back your ID card.

How to I reach for the conference location?

"The venue is located in Shangri-La Hotel, Futian district, Shenzhen.You can reach the venue by the following methods:

1: Exit A of Luobao Line Shopping Park Station, Metro Line 1;
2: Exit 12B of Futian Station, Airport Line of Metro Line 11.
