How do I get group tickets?

How do I get a voucher after when I have paid for the ticket?

Electronic tickets are used for CCF-GAIR. After you have succeed paying for the ticket, you will be able to see the activation code to activate your tickets. You will need to sign in by the confirmation text message or the last 4 digits of your phone number on the day of the event.

Will there be any notifications before when the event starts?

We will sent notifications via email and text message to remind you to come to the conference 1 or 2 days prior to when the event starts.

How do you verify the tickets at the conference?

The conference ticket verification will be proceeded per matching between ticket and personal ID. Please be sure to bring your ID card.

Do you have simultaneous interpretation in the conference? If so, how do I get the ear-pieces for that?

Yes there will be simultaneous interpretation during the conference. You should bring your ID card and business card to exchange for the ear-pieces. You shall return the ear-pieces when the event is over and retrieve your ID card.

How to I reach for the conference location?

The conference will be held at JW Marriott Hotel, Overseas Chinese Town of Qianhai, Baoan, Shenzhen. The hotel is near to entrance D of Baohua Station, Shenzhen Subway Line 5, and is near to entrance B of Baoan Station, Shenzhen Subway Line 11. It is also near to Chongchao Coastal mansion bus stop, Baoan Library 1 bus stop, and Longguang real estate mansion bus stop.
