  Ticketing is needed for CCF-GAIR. We will send invitations a week prior to conference date after purchasing a ticket successfully. You will need to sign in by the confirmation text message or invitation letter on the day of the event.

• How do I enroll for a free ticket?

  Apart from payed ticket, we also offer free tickets to media reporters and leiphone.com readers.

  Media reporters should apply for media tickets from media tickets entrance, and fill the information required. We will verify the application in 1 or 2 workdays after the submission. We will send text message and email to notify that the application has succeeded after when it has been verified. You may also check out the received ticket in the order list on offical CCF-GAIR site.

  As reward to leiphone.com readers, you may also exchange activity points for a free chance to come to CCF-GAIR. On no later than August 1st, leiphone.com readers chould apply for the conference on purchasing page, and exchange 2020 points for a chance to come to CCF-GAIR. • How do I get a voucher after when I have paid for the ticket?

  Electronic tickets are used for CCF-GAIR. You will recieve a confirmation text message after successfully purchasing the ticket. • Will there be any notifications before when the event starts?

  We will sent notifications via email and text message to remind you to come the the conference 1 or 2 days prior to when the event starts.

• How do you verify the tickets at the conference?

  The conference ticket verification will be proceeded per matching between ticket and personal ID. Please be sure to bring your ID card.

• Do you have simultaneous interpretation in the conference? If so, how do I get the ear-pieces for that?

  Yes there will be simultaneous interpretation during the conference. You should bring your ID card and bussiness card to exchange for the ear-pieces. And you need to return the ear-pieces when the event is over and retrive your ID card.

• How do I get to the conference location?

  The following subway stations are near to the conference location: Coco park station, Exhibition Center station of Shenzhen Subway Line 1

  The following bus stops are near to the conference location: Preeminent Times Square, Futian High-Speed Railway Station, Carrefour at center city.

• How do I get group tickets?
